Chet is a Management Consultant with 30 years experience transforming People, Processes and Technology into efficient and effective operational systems. He has developed many business support models including the Vision Maturity Model, Stravisionry Model, Effort Value Model, B2B Communication Sales Model and Vigoacre. Specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, project management, benefit analysis, needs assessments, procurement management, software assessment, process assessment and process improvement. Chet has been a Business Owner, CIO, Business and Project Manager, Business Analyst and Consultant. Chet has managed multi-million dollar business systems and developed cost-effective business cases for replacing large legacy systems. Chet spent 5 years in the Navy, earned his BS in Management Information Systems from The Florida State University College of Business. He has worked for North Highland Worldwide Consulting, Price Waterhouse, Toyota/JM Family Enterprises, Harris Corporation and Keane Inc. Chet also served on the Board for TalTech Alliance and was Chairman for two years, is currently the President for the Association of Strategic Planning (FL Chapter), and volunteers as a entrepreneur mentor at Domi-Station.
Dr. Tanya Seagraves-Robinson is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, the President of Essential Intelligence LLC “Empowering your emotions for success”, specializing in Emotional Intelligence training, assessments, coaching and professional development. Dr. Seagraves-Robinson earned her PhD from Florida A&M University, Masters from Troy State University. She has a plethora of experience in leadership and communications skills gained from working over 30 years in various professional environments to include; the Department of Defense, small and minority owned businesses, and 18 years within the Florida Higher Education System as a contracts and grants manger, program manager, compliance and ethics liaison, and the Assistant Director for Procurement Services. Currently, Tanya is a Contracts Manager for General Dynamics, Niceville Florida. Dr. Seagraves-Robinson served as Chair of the Institutional Review Board for the Division of Research at FAMU, as President for the American Business Women’s Association and received the Business Woman of the Year award for the Silver Dome Chapter located in Tallahassee Florida. In addition, Tanya was also appointed by the Florida’s Health Department Surgeon General to serve on the Medical Physicists Advisory Council. Tanya is a member of the Society of Emotional Intelligence; graduate of the Dale Carnegie’s Effective Communication and Speaking class; Dale Carnegie Training for Managers, graduate of Fort Walton Beach Florida Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, graduate of StartUP Quest Entrepreneur training, and a member of ToastMasters.
